12:00: Welcome at the main hall of the University of Liège (Place du 20-Août 7, Liège) and lunch provided
13:15: Welcome speech by Oriana Bertucci, Head of the International Office at ULiège, and presentation of the ESN (Erasmus Student Network)

Welcome drink at the Brasserie « La Sauvenière » (Place Xavier Neujean 12, 4000 Liège)

No registration needed
The Erasmus Office is closed during the welcome day and it is not possible to register this day.
The academic coordinators will welcome you in your respective departments and will explain how classes and examinations are organized. You will have received their details in a letter attached to the letter of acceptation.
