Bikes at Gembloux
Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech also encourages the use of bicycles as a means of service travel.
Approximately forty bikes have been acquired by the faculty and made available to workers on site.
The Gembloux railway station is also equipped with a bike point managed by Pro Vélo.
Currently, this bike point is open from Monday to Friday (opening hours). They provide the following services, among others:
- minor repairs by a mechanic
- information and advice on different types of routes
- sale of small equipment
- provision of bike parking spaces (200 spaces available)
- prevention actions against theft
- bike renting
- sale of second-hand bikes
