PRINCE2

SEGI is certified in project management according to the PRINCE2 methodology as of September 22, 2016 by QRP International.

PRINCE2® - PRojects IN Controlled Environments - is a structured, pragmatic method for effectively managing your projects. It is a process-based approach to project management, offering an easily adaptable and scalable method for managing all types of project. It is used and recognized internationally as Best Practice, and has become a de-facto standard for organizing, managing and controlling all types of projects.

PRINCE2 breaks down the project into phases, providing effective control of resources and better reaction and adaptability to change. The Method is"product-based", which means that project planning focuses on the delivery of results, not just the execution of activities. PRINCE2 is guided by the Business Case, which describes the rational justification and business benefits of the project, and is revised during the course of the project to ensure that the objectives remain appropriate and will be achieved. PRINCE2 also provides a common language throughout the project and milestones within a contractual framework.
