When is the best time to look for accommodation?

The best time to look for student accommodation in Liège is from June onwards.

This is when many students leave their accommodation for the summer, freeing up a large number of "kots" and studios. Starting your search in June gives you access to a wider choice and better opportunities before the influx of new students at the end of the summer.

Waiting until September or October can limit your options for suitable and well-located accommodation, as many places are already taken by then. If you’re arriving for the second term, it’s best to start looking at least two to three months in advance to find the best choices.
