This building currently houses the Urban Planning and Mobility Department, the Project Unit and the Energy-Environment Unit of the Real Estate Resources Administration.

It was in a spirit of communion with the site that coordinating architect Claude Strebelle designed his personal home, next to the pavilions of the architectural studio. He occupied it with his family until 1985, when the University relinquished him of his mission.

The use of prefabricated wooden elements is reserved for the interior. The exterior concrete block walls form a quadrilateral divided into four zones. The living areas (living room and kitchen) are separated from the sleeping areas (bedrooms and bathrooms) by a central passageway, and two patios, whose white walls reflect light into the rooms, complete the ensemble. A wing housing an office, a garage, a laundry room and heating installations is annexed to the main volume*.
