  • exploratory research in the fields of micro-assembly, interconnection techniques and packaging, including systems for harsh environments and biochips
  • exploratory research into MEMS sensors, including simulation, design and characterization
  • development of innovative, high-performance energy recovery systems
  • design of ultra-low-energy microsystems from off-the-shelf, packaged components or bare chips

The Microsys team comprises 15 highly qualified members (including 2 professors and 4 PhDs).

Microsys has a 200 m² ISO7-certified clean room (class 10,000) and a wide range of equipment for the production and characterization of microsystems.
