• Meetings with student clubs and Student Federation
• Activities: competitions, responsible drinking awareness, photo booth etc.
• Music atmosphere provided by student radio 48FM

13:30-15:30: Tours of the campus on foot or by bike

Thursday 10^th of September: city center

Adress: City center - Opéra complex, Noppius

10:00-12:00: Intercultural seminar (in English)

• "The Belgian political landscape" by Sacha Habibi (ULiège)
• "The culture shock" by Fanny Bertrand and Patrick Coppens (HELMo)

13:15: Welcome speech by Oriana Bertucci, Head of the International Office at ULiège, and presentation of the ESN (Erasmus Student Network)

Tours of the city centre on foot

Welcome drink at the Brasserie Sauvenière (Place Xavier Neujean, 12)

18:00: Movie (at your choice, in English with French subtitles)

The Erasmus Office is closed during the welcome day and it will not be possible to complete any administrative formalities on this day (registration, certificate of arrival, signing of documents, etc.).

The academic coordinators will welcome you in your respective departments and will explain how classes and examinations are organized. You will have received their details in a letter attached to the letter of acceptation.
