This building, managed by the non-profit organization Sports Centers, is partly dedicated to students from the University of Liège as part of their training in Kinesitherapy and Physical Education.
Since 2025, it has also been home to Service de Réathlétisation of CHU de Liège.
At the rear of the building, an indoor rugby pitch is dedicated to the elite sportsmen of the FW-B rugby federation. It was inaugurated in 2025.
