Our services

By students, for students! This is the concept behind our helpdesk, which is run entirely by a team of ULiège jobbers under the direct supervision of the IT department (SEGI), to provide students and PhD students with IT support throughout their studies, and for any type of problem.
  • Your institutional platforms : use of myULiège, eCampus, Celcat, myUnicast, etc.
  • Your tools : VPN connection, multi-factor authentication, use of Microsoft (Office) 365 suite, ...
  • Specific software
  • Your hardware: a problem? Let's take a look together ... (interventions on equipment limited according to our assessment of impact and risk)
