Collection points and contacts

Downtown campus

Zone 20 août

• A1 (Bâtiment central), A2 (Faculté de Philosophie et Lettres) and A4 (Faculté de Philosophie et Lettres &Théâtre Universitaire Royal de Liège (TURLg) : Lost property in these buildings is deposited atreception, where it can be collected from Sabrina Di Paolo or Isaline Dresse.
• A3 (Salle de lecture du 20 Août) : A dedicated lost and found box is available in the library. It is open until 9pm on weekdays and on Saturdays.

Outremeuse zone

• L1 (Pôle muséal et culturel, Fonds Simenon and Faculté d'Architecture), L3 (Ancien Institut d'Anatomie / Institut Supérieur des Langues Vivantes) and L5 (Pôle de formation en langues):
  Lost items can be collected from thereception desk in building L3, Patricia Heusdens. Reception opening hours are 8am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 3:15pm.
• E1 (Faculty of Architecture / Site Fonck) : Lost and found items are centralized atreception and handled by Sophie Labalue.

HEC ULiège School of Management

• N1a, N1b (Bâtiment ^17e), N1d (Nouveau bâtiment), N3a (Executive Education) and N3c : Lost and found items are deposited atreception. If the owner is not identified or does not pick them up within a reasonable time, they are transferred to the " ressourcerie " area on the second floor.

Opera complex

• O2 (Amphitheaters), O3 (Espace ULiège-Opéra and Information Center) and O4 (Student Centre ULiège-Opéra): Lost and found can be collected at ULiège Information Centrelocated in the Galerie Opéra, Monday to Thursday, 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 4:30pm.

Sart Tilman Campus

Agora 

• B4 (Amphithéâtres de l'Europe): Items are collected by the janitor, Timothée Klomkes, and stored in the kiosk in the entrance hall.
• B31 (Faculty of Law, Political Science and Criminology and Faculty of Social Sciences) and B33 (Trifacultaire): Lost & Found is held by Laurent Joannes, in office 2/81 in B31, located on the second floor in the right wing of the building.
• B32 (Faculty of Psychology, Logopedics and Educational Sciences): Lost & Found items are stored in the office of Michel Jacques, located on the first floor in room 0.3. You can collect them from Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.
• B5a (Physics) and B5b (Physics Practical work): Items are grouped together in a basket in the building's main entrance hall . If it is a valuable item, it is kept in the building's janitor's office, to the right of the entrance to the hall, by Michel Mancini.
• B5c (Institut d'Astrophysique, Géophysique et Océanographie): Items may be left in the secretariat, in room 0/17 on the ground floor, withAngela Della Vecchia.
• B8 (Maison des Étudiants, Exèdre Dick Annegarn and PhD House) and B7a (Grands amphithéâtres): Lost & Found items are handed in to ClémentVialard (B8) which you can find directly on site at B8.
• B7b (Petits amphithéâtres, Galerie des Arts), B6c (Chimie) and B6d (Chimie Travaux pratiques): Objects are centralized in the Building Management Department B7b, at EtienneLohay.
• B18 and B20 (Geology) : Objects are handled by the department secretariat, under the supervision of Joëlle Schmetz.

Village

• B11 and B12a (Geography Department): Lost & Found is centralized in the secretariat and handled by Jessica Collard.

Valley

• B22(Institut de Botanique): Lost and found can be collected from Cécile Ek, whose office is located near the main entrance(room 0.61).
• B41 to B45 and B67 (Faculty of Veterinary Medicine) : For items found in lecture theaters or classrooms, please contact the studentreception desk at the dean's office. For items found in clinics, please contact the clinic secretariat.

Polytech

• B28 (Montefiore Institute): Lost and found items are kept at the building's reception desk . Students can contact Danielle Bonten, Sophie Cimino or Cécile Duchesne.
• B37 (Institut de Mathématiques) : Lost & Found is centralized in the building secretariat Danielle Bartholomeus.
• B52/3 (Mécanique - Génie civil Bureaux), B52/4 (ULiège Library - Polytech), B52/6, B52/7, B52/8 (Mécanique - Génie civil Laboratoires) and B52/9 (Soufflerie et Halle d'essais au feu): Items are centralized in the building's secretariat, in room -1/425 in the right-hand corridor after the main entrance, where they can be collected from TaniaYernaux orDanielle Lange.

CHU site

• B34 (Tower 5): Lost items are centralized at the administrative office on the 5ᵉ floor, with Gaëlle Massart.
• B35a (Medicine Amphitheaters) and B36 (Tower 4: Pharmacy and Medicine Deanship) : Lost & Found is handled by Maurice Naedenoen.

Arlon campus

Lost and found items can be collected from the campus reception desk.  

Gembloux campus

Lost and found is centralized at the campus reception desk.
