Welcome to ULiège! The new academic year begins here, with a program specially designed for new students. On Wednesday, September 9, a festive welcome day is open to all newly enrolled bachelor's and master's students. On Thursday September 10 and Thursday September 11, first-year bachelor students are warmly invited to take part in the "Smart Start" to get the year off on the right foot!

Welcome Day: Wednesday, September 9, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (open to all newly enrolled students)

Program:

• Campus challenge
  Don't know anyone at ULiège yet? Would you like to discover the campus in a fun way as part of a team with other members of your faculty? Observation questions, challenges, exploration of key places on campus.. Take part in the Campus Challenge!
  

Ongoing, all day, from 11:30 a.m.

• Information stands : "Studying at ULiège", "Living at ULiège", "Travelling and moving around the world"...
• Meetings with student circles and Student Federation
• Activities: competitions, responsible drinking awareness, photo booth, meetings with student circles, etc.
• Music atmosphere provided by student radio station 48FM
• Foodstall and delicious sweet treats

Erasmus students will be welcomed by the International Relations team from 11:00 a.m. outside the building.

Students enrolled at the Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech Faculty start their new academic year on September 7, and are not covered by this program. Find out more about back-to-school at Gembloux.

Smart Start - Thursday September 10 (reserved for first-year bachelor students)

What is Smart Start? For the first time, on day of activities organized to give you the essential reference points and get you actively involved right from the start. A program to create links and help you understand your new environment. Because your success begins right from the start!

• A la carte mini-lectures to discover research at ULiège through the eyes of professors from different fields.
