The Pôle d'ingénierie des Matériaux de Wallonie (PiMW) brings together research players specialized in the field of materials: ULiège, SIRRIS, CRM, CEWAC and IBS. Together, these players bring together 250 researchers, reinforced by strong cooperation with the University of Liège and other research sites.
The PiMW serves all those who use and transform materials into products. It supports companies from product conception (design), choice of material (from plastic to titanium) and optimal assembly (from welding to bonding), right through to practical implementation and pre-production.
