The University of Liège, in collaboration with UKOT Liège, has a residence located on the Sart Tilman campus (Building B 13 - North zone).
The student residence is located on the northern edge of the campus, right next to the Sart Tilman village.
The 360 rooms are divided into three accommodation buildings connected to a lower building housing the common services: cafeteria, games room, reading room and offices. A variety of single-room rental options are available.
Renovation work is scheduled to start in February 2026. Those wishing to rent a room in the residence are invited to submit an application on the website of QUARES-UKOT, the residence manager. Quares-UKOT will provide details of the move, scheduled for February 2026, to the new residence located in the immediate vicinity of the current building.
