The Science complex comprises the first scientific buildings to be constructed at Sart Tilman, in the late 60s. In addition to the amphitheaters shared with the Institute of Physics, the Institute of Chemistry comprises four buildings:

  • B6a (Organic Chemistry)
  • B6b (Science Libraries and Faculty of Science Office)
  • B6c (Chemistry - Licensing and Research)
  • B6d (Chemistry - Practical work)

The Chemistry - Licences and Research building, B6c, is an imposing 5-storey rectangular parallelepiped. On each of its five levels, it comprises three naves separated (or linked) by two corridors. On each level, each circulation corridor is lined with a technical corridor*.
