The Pavillon des Jardiniers is occupied by the Forêts et Voiries department of the Real Estate Administration.

Erected even before the urbanization plan for the site was drawn up, these seven prefabricated pavilions (buildings B3 a-b-d-e-f-g-h) were designed so that the first architects of Sart Tilman (André Jacqmain, Roger Bastin, Pierre Humblet, Jean Maquet and Charles Vandenhove) could meet, work, exhibit their models and even live at the heart of the estate, with the work cells complete with a sleeping area, shower and small kitchen.

Evoking hunting cabins, they are in perfect harmony with the surrounding forest, separated by grassy areas and hedges. The passage from one to the other is via narrow paths of light-colored flagstones, giving the ensemble the appearance of a forest village, next to the home of Claude Strebelle(building B3c ), coordinator of Sart Tilman*.
