In 2017, the Noshaq group, BPI and their partners took up the challenge of rehabilitating La Grand Poste de Liège, an emblematic monument in the heart of the city that had been left unused for many years. The Noshaq Group's ambition is to participate in the redevelopment of the Grand Léopold district, in the heart of the city center, into a creative district. By investing in a variety of real estate projects, the aim is to enhance the value of a historic district in the center of town, while helping it to emerge, grow and shine as an attractive ecosystem for entrepreneurs and creative people. A district open to all, with the Grand Poste as its gateway and totem. A place of emulation that aims to bring together and federate the city's energies.

Today, the renovated Grand Poste offers five interconnected spaces built around shared sensibilities for the new economy, the digital, media and entertainment industries in all their forms and expressions: a (co)working space with a variety of formulas; a food market, bar and rooftop open to all; a craft brewery (Brasseries de Liège); a venue to host startup support programs and a media campus for students from the University of Liège's master in journalism and radio 48FM.
